What is Global Warming anyways?
Global warming is the rise in temperature of the earth's atmosphere. The earth’s temperature is changing.
It’s increased about 1ºF over the past 100 years. Well why is the earth’s temperature increasing? Scientists
think that the things people do is the cause.
You’ve heard about the Greenhouse Effect right? Well the Greenhouse effect is when greenhouse gases increase
the earth’s temperature by trapping all this energy in the earth’s atmosphere.
Our climate could change. If this doesn’t stop we might be seeing Canadian winter’s without snow in the future
for example. If the climate does change in the future, it doesn’t mean warmer weather necessarily, it could go
the other way around like in the movie

Global warming is the increase in the Earth’s temperature. This change could cause drastic climate changes.

The Day After Tomorrow were unexpected weather like hail, thunder storms, etc. Tornados may appear
where tornados aren’t commonly found. There may be a rise in the sea level, which may lead to tidal waves.
The temperature may dramatically increase, or decrease. Those are just a few examples from the movies.
